§ 1. General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the jrpurtec.com website.

  3. Contact with the Administrator is possible via email: info@purtec.pl.
  4. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

§ 2. Purposes and Basis for Data Processing

The Administrator processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Handling the contact form:
    • Purpose: To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form available on the website or by email.
    • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator in building relationships and handling correspondence) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).
  2. Analytical and statistical purposes:
    • Purpose: Analysis of User activity on the website to improve service functionality and optimize the offer.
    • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator).

§ 3. Data Recipients

  1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in § 2, in particular:

  2. Analytical data is stored in accordance with Google Analytics settings (typically for 26 months or until cookies are deleted by the User).

In accordance with GDPR, the User has the following rights:

  2. Right to rectification (correction) of their data.
  3. Right to erasure of data (right to be forgotten).
  4. Right to restriction of data processing.
  5. Right to object to data processing.
  6. Right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) when considering that data processing violates GDPR regulations.
